Ruth Kilcrease
Ruth Kilcrease is the SIM&S Director of Human Resources. She has been employed with SIM&S since 2002. Ruth is responsible for training, leader development, benefits, employee relations, human capital strategy, rewards, talent management, retirement, security and compensation.
Prior to her employment with SIM&S in 2002, she worked as an Engineering Associate for the Air Force in research, development and test environments. She also operated her own business where she provided recruiting, administrative and human resource services. She holds a B.B.A. in Management and Human Relations with a minor in Computer Information Systems. She also holds an A.S. Degree in Computer Information Systems.
