Lucille Coleman
Lucille L. Coleman is Chief Financial Officer for SIM&S. She is responsible for leading SIM&S's overall financial strategies, operations, and processes. Lucille previously served as SIM&S Staff Accountant, and also the company’s Principle Accounting Officer. Mrs. Coleman brings over 25 years of experience in cost accounting in federal and state government programs, supporting commercial business in corporate America.
Before joining SIM&S, Lucille held the position of Corporate Treasurer in a firm for sixteen years. She received a B.B.A. degree in operations Management with a minor in Accounting from Athens State University and also obtained A.S. degree from Motlow State Community College. Additionally, she furthered her accounting education at TN Tech University to complete the requirements to sit for the CPA exam. Lucille is currently pursuing CMA accreditation.
