IMOD
Infrastructure Modernization (IMOD) is a ten-year (five-year base period with one five-year option period) ID/IQ with a $4 billion value.
The IMOD award replaces the Digital Switched Systems Modernization Program (DSSMP) contracts. IMOD includes a scope that is capable of seamlessly integrating voice, data, inside/outside cable plant and/or transmission products and services into a single integrated communications system. Site preparation, modifications and upgrades as well as initial logistics support to include training, spares and various warranties are also included in the scope .
